Been an adult swim fan since I was 13. I am almost 23. We should not be playing season 1 family guy anymore. And deff not 2 episodes of season 1-5 family guy on the same day. In fact honestly, lets just scrap family guy with the exception of the last two seasons.

So many other old shows we could be playing instead of season 1-4 family guy. Please No more.

The first seasons of Family Guy were the best. I like being able to watch "evil" Stewie instead of "in the closet" Stewie and get a decent kick out of comedic purpose rather than vulgar poop jokes.

I prefer them to play Seasons 1-4.
The show actually made sense.

I just would like to have one or two days where it isn't on the schedule so other great [as] shows could air....
Even classics that are otherwise shuffled to GOLD or 4:00AM

I do agree seasons 1-5 get waaay to much rotation, but it doesn't bother new or part time viewers of [as]. I feel your pain I've watched a lot of [as] since maybe a year before you. I have a hard time watching anything Family Guy before season 6 now, and I tend to enjoy American Dad a lot more.

Oh yeah, and you should refrain from stating your age on the boards, that is against the rules the last I heard.

I think they should just give FG a rest for awhile. it seems redundant to show it so much when there's a plethora of other shows that they could promote in instead. how are people not bored with it? I'm sure if they put other shows in its timeslot they'd get decent ratings as well (obviously not as much, but what can ya do?) It confounds me that there's still people who can even watch it after all these years of [as]'s MacFarlane-mongering and still think it hasn't gotten stale as hell.

Unfortunately, Family Guy is Adult Swim's highest rated program, so they won't set it aside so easily.

Yes, it's stale, but every other cable network has its stale aspects.

What Itsacoaster said. And also, last time they tried replacing Fox stuff with older shows (Old School Fridays) it was a ratings disaster, and it appears as though Family Guy is also part of the reason Saturdays are doing so well at this point. It's unfortunate, but people don't seem to get bored of seeing the same episodes of Family Guy over and over. Still wish AS would extend DVR Theater or something to give some more older shows a chance, though.

Those are the best ones. The newer eps are pretty horrible.

First of all, the pre-cancellation seasons of Family Guy were their best (before McFarlane got drunk on his own power and became pretty much unbearable).

Second, yes [as] plays WAY too much FG (and Robot Chicken, and King Of the Hill for that matter). 
I wish the schedule took more risks like they used to back before the Fox invasion...But it is what it is.  We must endure the recycled swill to recieve the greatness of shows like The Venture Brothers, Black Dynamite, & The Boondocks.  I've made peace with what [as] has become a long time ago.  No sense in hating it for what it could be, might as well love it for what it is.

The only reason why FG is still doing good to this day is due to the fanbase, who will literally, give millions of views to whatever channel is airing an episode of Family Guy. The local CW station in Portland gets more than 1 million viewers for when FG is on @ 5-6pm.

I dislike Family Guy as much as the next person, but I will agree that the pre-cancellation seasons were the best out of the series. The post-revival episodes try way too hard to be funny, edgy, or interesting for that matter. Plus, Alec Sulkin is a dickhead.
