[as] shows you recommend.

I never got a chance to see some of the [as] classics, since all I wanted to see was anime back then. What do you guys recommend? Comedy shows only please.

Has anyone every heard of a show with a character called "AK The Rabbit"? My friend told me that it's hilarious and kind of like an adult version of bugs bunny, but I can't find any information on it anywhere. I'm starting to think that he made it up.

First, congratulations on throwing off the shackles of lame animu.

Second, my advice would be to start with Space Ghost, Aqua Teen & Sealab, and if you can see it, Frisky Dingo. Also, see the Korgoth pilot at least once.

Those are the most accessible of the originals and don't really go out of their way to visually offend. From there you can go to the more esoteric stuff like Tom Goes to the Mayor, 12 Oz Mouse, etc. But that's far more of an acquired taste. (I liked Tom but couldn't stand Mouse myself)

This Saturday night, it's a heavyweight collision! Newly crowned UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior Dos Santos, fresh off of his 1st round knockout victory over Cain Velasquez on Fox, returns to the Octagon to battle submission specialist Frank Mir in an all heavyweight card! Cain attempts to bounce back from his devastating loss against Brazilian wrecking machine Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva! Plus, Jason "Mayhem" Miller returns on the FX Prelim show to battle CB Dolloway! The action starts 8pm on FX and 10pm on PPV! I mean, what the hell else would you watch?

All anime, defiantly Bleach
I had no name. I had no parents. I was from the 79th District of North Rukongai, Kusajishi. I had never seen anything in colours other than bloody red. But then you appeared, from the 80th District of North Rukongai, Zaraki. Even deeper in the darkness. You demolished the chaotic world that was dyed in blood, then you gave me a name. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be here today. --Yachiru Kusajishi

Having carefully read the OP and given it some deep consideration, I recommend that you watch Bleach.
Choose Life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a **beast** big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol, and dental insurance. Choose fixed interest mortgage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisurewear and matching luggage. Choose a three-piece suit on hire purchase in a range of **beast** fabrics. Choose DIY and wondering who the **beast** you are on Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing **beast** junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pissing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, **beast** up brats you spawned to replace yourselves. Choose your future. Choose life... But why would I want to do a thing like that? I chose not to choose life. I chose somethin' else.

Space Ghost Coast to Coast if you like absurd comedy, The Venture Bros. if you like some action with your comedy, Frisky Dingo if you're a fan of Archer.

Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Sealab 2021, Harvey Birdman Attorney At Law, ATHF. Venture Brothers is one of my favorite shows period.

Also good is Mission Hill, and Home Movies.

I mean, at least in my opinion [as] has ran a lot of good shows, so I'm sure I'm forgetting some good ones, but I've been watching [as] for far too long now lol.

thanks for the suggestions everyone c: I'm already watching Aqua Teen/Unit on tv, and I finished Superjail! and 12 oz. Mouse. I watched pretty much all of the Brak show, but I stopped because the mom's new voice was annoying me

So I'kk watch the rest soon :smileyhappy:

Space Ghost was and will always be my first Adult Swim Show experience, and I highly recommend it. Along that thread, Sealab and Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

Adult Swim was always better at animated comedy...imho
