This has become uplayable.

Every load screen takes about 10 minutes, to open my chest with my stuff takes 10 minutes, to withdrawal anything or deposit anything into my chest takes 10 minutes. And now loading the game is currently taking over 30 minutes.

ps3 version ####. as far as chests tho, the more unique items you have in a chest the longer it takes to put stuff in it. when i was playing on the 360 i had to separate my items into difference containers because of this. one for each menu sub category. it made going threw my stuff a lot less of a pain too. very glad i got the pc version now tho... i love console gaming, but i don't know how long i will keep that attachment. it seems to dwindle more and more as of late.

The naked thing was okay . . . then it just seemed silly.

And and on the lvling system, I rather like the organic feel of it.  It really takes the grind feeling out it.

Why can't I even though know anything else do about it?

I couldn't get the game going at all. A lot of people (on the internet) are talking about their 1.04 patch or whatever. Messed things up.

I was 8 lvls away from platinum -_-

what i have loaded atm:

the high res textures from bethesda
acquisitive soul gems (keeps them from losing charge when dropped)

various new craftable weapons and armor as well as a quest reward that's some water breathing amulet

breezehome enchanting table

breeze home shodow fix

descaled unique items

remove lydia's trade dialog

invisible on kill (makes sneak characters more usefull/fun)

extended color selection for character creation

enhanced forging

better sorting (items in chest are organized and renames some things so they are next to each other in the menus)

horse fallows

night eye toggle (i hated that it only lasted 60 sec, same with candle light. should reserve an amount of magic instead i think)

blessings last longer

player home map markers

merchants have more money

unique horses essential

smaller cool down on shouts

more thieves in the guild

move one handed weapons to back instead of hip

better hair

360 controller layout that lets you use 8 hotkeys instead of two

set my starting abilities and race traits to khajiit (i didn't want to be a kitty)

uncapper (lets you lvl up skills to 300 instead of 100)

flora overhaul

skyUI

had do get a couple different mods just to run in windowed mode without a border and have it look full screen. (i can run the game on highest settings with the texture pack at 1080 with no problems in windowed mode, but in fullscreen i get huge frame rate drops and micro stuttering)

also have some stuff i did in the creation kit loaded, nothing major. just kind of made breezehome nicer and did a complete overhaul on vlindrel hall as well as some cosmetic tweaking to a couple followers.

just mainly some fixes and some atmosphere mods, there are a couple of really nice orginization mods and orginized save mods.

haven't really looked around the new mods yet but there are a few really cool ones. haven't even beat the game been so busy, nor played it for a while. was thinking of just waiting tell after ME3 and completely modding the hell out of it and going at it. I really wish someone makes a magic crafting mod

mods aren't made by bethesda, they are made by the players. the only thing bethesda has put out since launch was the hd textures. i guess they did have a group of mods they made that aren't released but they only spent a week on that.

Not being able to craft arrows or attack while on horseback bugged me. It shouldn't be the job of the mod community to include things that should've been in the vanilla game to begin with. If Runescape can have arrow crafting and Zelda can have horse-mounted combat, I don't see why Skyrim excluded them both. Just a minor gripe...

It's too bad my cousin is now enamored with the convenience of his new 360, because if he wasn't he would've bought Skyrim for the PC and we could've taken advantage of all the cool mods. If I can get my hands on a gaming PC sometime, I'm definitely picking the inevitable GOTY version of this game up...

Oh wow, I would have loved pretty much every single one of those additions.

Is it weird that I get most excited about things like the seasonal foliage?

Nah, I liked the little things too. I'm sure they'll come out as a mod or DLC before long. If the developers can do it in a week, the modding community won't be too far behind.

Spears.

My argonian needs a spear, it just wouldn't be right without one.

That's better.

So fighting doesn't give you sht for xp, quests did, but at lvl 41 the amount of xp you get form quests is barely noticeable. Basically, leveling up skills is the best way to lvl up?

The Elder Scrolls isn't like other RPGs. You don't level up by completing quests.

Raising skills gives you experience, and is the only method of leveling up. I mean, your level is only a measure of your baseline magicka/health/stamina. The true strength of your character is measured in its skills, as a level 30 character can be incredibly weak or incredibly strong depending on what skills you've focused on.

So with that logic, the fastest way of leveling up is ... simply raising skills. You can do that by just playing the game normally and hitting 100 in all the skills you use. For the skills you don't use, there are methods of power leveling schools of magic, but that's only by having 100 Enchanting and making full minus-cost armor like I suggested you to do before when I was, as you claimed, apparently "telling" you how to play the game. There are also methods of power leveling combat skills as well by simply attacking Shadowmere over and over with weak weapons, or simply holding a shield up in front of a weak enemy that doesn't do enough damage to overcome your health regeneration rate. I don't get the point of doing this though. The game scales to your level, and if you're not using the skills ... why level them up? You're just going to make the game more difficult for yourself.

Dude for all the stuff you have to do to get all the achievements, I'm surprised you're not level 50 already.
