I am interested in getting a Vita at some point, but the almost non-existent chance of actually winning isn't worth paying valuable money for a poor excuse for fast food that does nothing but give me indigestion.

Honestly, winning one is just about the only way I would ever own a Vita unless I stumbled upon A LOT of extra money. I only own a PSP because I got one with a busted screen for free and then I spent $20 to replace the screen. To me, Playstation handhelds are not awful, but they have never once proven to be worth their purchase price.

Same here, unless I won the lottery or something would I consider getting one. Plus, on the bright side, being on the sidelines for a certain will mean going through price drops and a potential redesign of the actual hardware (seems that handhelds can't stick to their 1st forms anymore).
