i wish you had told me about anthony hamilton's song with david banner. saw another commercial for it, and it mentioned that song. my friends and i were curious about how well they'd work together. i still haven't recovered from listening to banner's verse. what the hell was he thinking? "let me scratch the dandruff outta yo scalp/pick in yo nose" what? "we can call out white friends up and drink a miller genuine draft/ then kick em all outta the house, take us a bath" come on. seriously? some niggas need someone to tell them when they're saying some **bleep!** that shouldn't be said. fuuuuuudgeed up the whole song for me.

I finally had the time to create my top ten list.  I know there has to be some releases that I'm missing that I just can't remember atm.  Either way here it is:

i do believe that we say that every year. three of the seven albums that i listed this time around were r&b regardless of how the academy sees it. that reminds me, i've heard duffy in four or five different commercials recently. can't say i saw that coming.

I knew I forgot something.  To make the list more cohesive to this thread you can substitue T.I.- Papertrail for Santogold.  I've been rotating that pretty hard last month.

darkspyder- I feel you.  I've always been lax with the R&B.  :C

mykucklehurts- Because he actually made a solid album and though he's mainstream he is fairly good artist?

dragonbeard (and other lil' wayne fans) -  i guess we'll just have to write it off as a difference of opinion. i don't think he writes his music for fans of hip hop at all i think he writes it (if he actually writes any of it) for radio listeners and money, and i think that's one of the major problems with hip hop today.

FMB-I used to FF past that video than one day I watched it and laughed at it. The remix with Skillz is funny too.

DarkSpyder-So I finally watched the final 5 episodes of this season of Entourage and I saw that episode that caused you to go WTF?!! That was a funny episode especially how Seth Green was messing with E. I saw Michael Phelps bump into E in the final episode of this season. "Lets go get wasted!!" Drama. The next season has some potential if its primarily in NYC.

I don't really watch videos and I rarely listen to the radio, so today was the first time I heard it. That song made me laugh more than I probably should have because she sounds all obsessive and unstable. Plus, I don't get the whole messing up someone's car thing so hearing someone brag about it as if it's something to be shared amuses me. And that only amuses me because she comes off as being **bleep!** crazy.
