Jungle Cruise, Red Data, Poker Face, Cash Eye, and Eraser were all fantastic.

Those, and the episode where the Chief gets taken hostage in that wine-bank. Like a boss.

Well, I like those episodes because each shows a good deal of character development for one particular character.

I can't really pin myself down to a single episode, as each has their own advantages. I will say that Jungle Cruise, as many have pointed out, is a fantastic episode; it has a visceral story and pulls some of the best music from the soundtrack (particularly at the end). But, Poker Face, Red Data, and Angels' Share are also excellent due to their individual character development.

I'm sure I'm forgetting a few episodes; the last few episodes of 2nd GIG were highly entertaining and action-packed; I'd have to rewatch the entire two seasons in a few days to remember and pin down one particular episode.

Another one of my favorites would be the one where this guy who only appears in this episode, narrates throughout the whole story. You know, Night Cruise. I didn't know the name of it before. I like that one and the episode where they have to fight this giant machine. I forget what it is, but they barely manage to beat it and it destroys Matoko's forearm. I think in this episode they mention the Laughing Man. It might've been about him.

The episode you're thinking of is Eraser, and yes, it's a great episode, one of my favorites.

I don't really like Night Cruise. It's kind of an interesting story, but the show is appealing to me because of the members of Section 9; an episode where they only show up in a cameo doesn't really appeal to me.

I love Night Cruise because it reminds me of Fight Club and Wanted. Can't you see the similarities? In all three the main character is a guy who is miserable and hates his job where he has to work in a cubicle or one of those kind of jobs and he narrates the story and in all three they do extreme stuff to change their lives. In Fight Club he burns his apartment and destroys his stuff except for what he needs. In Wanted, he becomes an assassin. In Night Cruise, the guy plans to become some sort of terrorist. In all three, the main characters are all guys who get pushed around or ignored and are tired of it. That's my interpretation anyway.

Night cruise is actually an homage to the movie Taxi Driver.

Yeah I know. I saw it on wikipedia yesterday. You can check for yourself. I was just pointing out the the similarities between the three things because I doubt that anybody else would've noticed it and I couldn't help but point it out.

Episode 11, "Affection".

Just finished watching it again and yes it's a wonderful and yet very sad story. It had such a monumental ending as well.
