Does ANYONE know what the name of the song is that plays in the background of this part?

Ghoda's theme. "Go Da Da", but it has trumpets instead of the kazoos.

I've always enjoyed it. I think it acts like an awesome "Imperial March".

Oderint dum metuant.

It may have never been released as a separate track, so your best bet would be recording it from the episode with the voices and such overlaying it.

That particular rendition of "Go DA DA" is found on the "Smooth In The Shell (No Break)" limited release soundtrack (Japan only, never seen over here). Since the entire soundtrack is ONECONTINUOUSUNINTERUPTED49MINUTESONG, it flows from one song to the next, including a rap song that never made it into the series. The individual songs themselves are not named, so the name of this particular rendition of "Go DA DA" is completely unknown.
