you have to get a video program called VLC player.

its a FREE download and it takes less than 5 minutes. "Intercepter" ep 4, another 10 out of 10, i feel for the wife of investigator Yamaguchi.

Depends. If you have the DVDs, you can cap with Windows Media Player. I believe the keyboard shortcut is CTRL-i, but it varies from version to version. Check your documentation.

If you want to cap from [as], I use a TV tuner board. I think there are other options as well.
