do you guys realize that the major skeleton coud be made up of a composite material  that makes weigth like normall human and makea her bones  stronger thane steel

no pretty sere that poeple prosthetic limbs can do it with people with out them plus the show set 50 plus year in future  we do don't what level  we don't what level technology is at 20 year from now

Well, the person would have to be extrememly strong...or she'd have to always be on the bottom.

Why not a flying car? I think that would be kinda neat. You'd never have to worry about snowy and icy road again!

I've already mentioned this earlier in the thread, but most full-prosthetic bodies in GITS weigh no less than 200 lbs. This includes Motoko and her female frame. Your average male body is 300 lbs.

She'd have to be pretty heavy, I know that much. In the first movie Batou was concerned she'd sink to the bottom when she was diving...
