   the re- re-run of GDB is looking good so far IMHO.   sure, the writing for sunday's ep. ("neighbors keeper") wasn't genius-level.  but it was good enuff; it had it's share of laffs & zingers.  it's much better than 90% of the rest of the stuff out there.   [Sturgeon's Law: "90% of everything is Crap."]

 

   N.B.:  Ted Sturgeon - top-notch SF writer/editor;  coined above Law. 

probably after wading thru sea of said Crap sent to him by wannabe SF writers.

Apparently [as] isn't getting good enough ratings from GDB, as it's not listed for next week (June 5). Instead we get a sandwich of King Of The Hill, Children's Hospital, Eagleheart, and King of the Hill.

Shame; I was just starting to get into it. The 4:30 AM/3:30 Central timeslot worked better for me than the Saturday 10 PM/9 Central premiere, but what can ya do? Bye bye, GDB!

Plus, for some ridiculous reason we're still stuck with The Oblongs at 1 AM and 4 AM... :robotmad:

This Saturday Night, on [adult swim]: TOONAMI'S BACK, BlTCHES!! A New Bleach Episode (255) kicks us off at Midnight, followed by the SERIES PREMIERES of Deadman Wonderland at 12:30 and Casshern Sins at 1!    yes, i will miss GDB also.  i missed about half of the eps the last time around.  a shame.  its a pretty good show.

Sooo. What's going on? Is this show cancelled or something? I liked it, it was pretty clever and had great potential to be one of the best!

It should be back on at some point. I know they haven't lost the rights to it yet, but the show's not currently on the schedule.
