Does anyone remember the scene where Harvey visited Judge Mentok in his cell? Here's a link to the scene for reference.

Anyway, when Mentok tells Harvey about the disk to re-trap Shazzan in his lamp, he mentions magic words. When he mentions the magic words, a pictogram appears above his head. When you figure out the pictogram, you realize that it says "That Thing I Sentcha".

Does that mean that those are the magic words? Because Potamus said them while the disk was around. Did anything happen when he said that?

No that was just a reference to Potamus. I don't remember the exact magic words but its like "Muzzi Taw" or something like that, Avenger says it. It was just a fun easter egg for people who pay attention.
