I'm probably readong too far into this but the teacher said that you-know-who created humans fully clothed. I don't know if this is a joke by the writers saying that creatism says that we were created with clothes as opposed to crawling from the primordial ooze with no clothes on. But that wouldn't make sense because pictures of Adam and Eve are always naked or have leaves covering their private areas.

It's just poking fun at stuffy, rigid Conservatives who support the Creation theory (No, I'm/they're not saying everyone fits that mold.... Just most, haha).

Because those stuffy Conservative types feel, even before the time of modernity and Western social standards, that nudity (in this case it would probably be called indigenous nudity) is inherently sexual, and that sexuality is inherently bad or "sinful"...
