Well, Phoenix is hot and can survive anything.  Then again, Harvey can fly and has the same name as a budgie I used to have... but then, Phoenix has that awesome way of dramatically figuring out what really happened and taking down the real killer (who then does some kind of hilarious breakdown), all with awesome music!  As does Apollo Justice, but he needs help from his 15-year-old assistant and the prosecution.  XD

What's really great is that Birdman's game is made by Capcom, too, and the gameplay is about the same.

As much as I love Phoenix Wright, I'm gonna have to go with Harvey Birdman.  Because Harvey Birdman is actually a bird-man, where as Phoenix Wright is nothing like a Phoenix.
