Just wondering who made the song and whats its name. For the episode when Harvey gets sent to prison for killing Dinomutt. Its the scene where he first gets sent to prison, talks to Peanut about him studying law, and some other prisoner talks to him about an appeal.

I am also very curious what song was being played during the HARVEY BIRDMAN NEW YEARS EVE episode. this song is played when they show BIRDMAN as an actor in a costume and he is running through a park and stuff like that. Could someone please tell me what that song was ??

i know this is an old message, but i'm just going through and answering all of the messages i can find about this song. since i doubt we'll ever see it in another form, i "found" it. it should be available on soulseek now and on kazaa soon. it's named "Harvey Birdman - Blackwatch Plaid (Okay, Maria)" to be exact about it. if i see someone dl'ing it from me or trying to, i'll take care in trying to make sure you get it. it's a pretty tiny mp3 (841kb) and 53 seconds long, but it's it and it's good quality

I have another question about the music from Deadomutt Part 2, at the very end right before they 'electrocute' Harvey there is music playing with lyrics like:

Somewhere I found that this is music originally composed for a Honda Jazz commercial? "Scoobidoo Love" by Paul Redman? I can't find it anywhere though and I just wanted to know if anyone knew if that was correct or where I could find it.

Yes, I know this post is several years old, but I'm still looking for the song.  It's the song from "Harvey Birdman" episode "Blackwatch Plaid", which mjblink said was called "Okay Maria".  It's the song playing when live-action Harvey goes romping through a park.  Does anyone know anything more about it?  Was it composed strictly for the episode or is it from another source?

I have to say this thread was useful; as I also wanted to know the name of that song when Harvey is in the electric chair (Charlie Steinmann Orchestra - It is such a good night).

I also wanted to know the music used in one of my favorite Harvey episodes "Booty Noir" (Season 3 Ep 1). The song in background with Reducto is "with" Norlissa.

Using Shazaam app while playing episode here on Adult Swim streaming video; it shows it to be: COMPOSER: Che' Guevara/ Manuel Seal DISC: R'n'B #2 SONG: Luv Child (feat. Jaz)

Now, I can't find the MP3 to purchase/download ANYwhere. Other boards show it was used in Top Gear episode and is "apparently a song that is only out for company use and for television.

Not a "real" song." If that is true; that's disappointing. I liked it. It's really good I thought. How about AS liscense it anyway and toss it out for us? eh? EH? If it is real or even if its not (stock music) ;

I haven't cross checked with the episode, but if your Shazaam is correct (probably is) then yes, it is stock music that is not available to the public for purchase. You can, however, listen to it as a guest at ExtremeMusic.com.

I have to admit, this confused me but I think I have it worked out. Works for me, anyway 

It would seem that this link was just the clip extracted from the HB episode. I didn't know what this was called in Italian (more specifically, the non-library title) and I'd never heard of Gianni Morandi. His version is a bit different , it's his vocal instead of the trumpet. The composer is Ennio Morricone, who apparently wrote this for the 1964 movie 'I MANIAC' and Morandi's version is used in the trailer. The trumpet version was publicly released at some point as 'La Mia Mania' by Ennio Morricone but seems to be out of print. You can still listen to it as a guest at the library KillerTracks.com under the title "Cheerful Twist"
