The song is from "Shaggy Busted" and i've looked around for about 30 minutes without any luck.

I have found the name of the song. It is called Bubba Dub Bossa by Robby Poitevin. It is almost impossible to find but is available on the "Curb your Enthusiasm" soundtrack. Heres a link to a page that has clips, it is track number two. http://www.moviegrooves.com/m3u/curb-low-all.m3u
