Howdy ya'll... sorry I've been slackin' with the upkeep here but thats just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes...

- Goz: Good list of blue laws

- 4D: I dunno what the name of that song is... may be listed in the credits, or try Tao-te-swim's thread in WS Culture (I think)

- Goz: regarding a certain stain under George's arm I can neither confirm nor deny its exact reason of existance

- Ramo200: 1- Shows I like to watch: Angel, Grounded For Life, Daily Show, Chapelle Show, Tough Crowd, The Handler, CSI Vegas, Conan O'brien... and of coursy anything comedy on [as] 2- My persona video game: Heh, can't post that kind of stuff on this board without being banned... c'mon!!

- Kivaturi: the artists generally do not get to meet the voice talents, though I bet it'd be a hoot! And as for drink of choice for plasterization? Whatever is cheap and available!

- iamwhitedebbie: Delta Burke.... IIiiinnterrreessttiiiiiiiiiiingggggg

- Locoluke: I don't know who the original animator was for the 60's Birdman HB series per se, I can say he was designed by the masterful artist Alex Toth who designed many of the great super hero type HB characters that we all know and love. I came to HBAAL in the beginning of its second season of production as lead animator.

And to everyone else and anyone I've missed, thanks for the well wishes and support for HBAAL!!! Keep watching!!

Well the thing is, if you're talking about the AS Music thread, I asked there first and then I was referred to this thread. So I guess my only hope now is the credits. But that won't be a problem, since I used to tape Adult Swim and stopped sometime last year. So I have that episode on tape.

I just wanted to thank you for responding to so many questions.  We fans get so excited by anyone who works at Williams Street.  I especially love Harvey Birdman.

First off, Harvey Birdman is my favorite show on all of AS.  Ol' Harv makes Sunday a great day.  Now that I've properly s*cked up, here's my question, is the voice of Black Vulcan's also Dr. Quinn's from Sea Lab 2021?  They sound a lot alike to me.  Just a random wondering.  Can't wait for the new eps, and thanks for such a great show.

Thanks Goz.  Phil LaMarr of Mad TV fame.  I knew the voice sounded familiar.  Of course, that gets me to thinking.  There are quite a few voice actors famous for other things.  Seth Green.  Will Ferrell.  Laraine Newman.  Stephen Colbert and Gary Cole.  Michael McKean.  Jean Smart.  And a plethora of others I'm sure.
My question is this, Yermamma, if you could have anyone guest star on HB, who would it be?  I'd go for Delta Burke myself, because you can't let The Oblongs out do you with Jean Smart.  In my mind I see Harvey defending the Designing Women against The Golden Girls for a case of interior design gone wrong.  Yeah, that's some good stuff.  It's always nice when I enjoy me.

Side note, I'm not asking for that scenario to take place.  It's no doubt better off only in my head.
Look that up in your Funk and Wagnall's.

I just wanted to throw in my 2 cents here.   *tink* *tink*
Since i came to the AS boards this is one of the things i really hoped would take place more often.....some kind of interaction between fans and the "makers" of the shows that WS produces.
Sadly this doesn't happen as much as we the fans would like and i fully understand that the "show must go on" and for that to happen one must work on the show. understandable.
But aside from that i just wanted to say thank you for taking your time out of your day to respond to us as this is what i was looking for when i logged onto the boards and can say that You guys ROCK!
and not sappy firehouse rock, but Led Zepplin back stage rockin!  (yeah the dirty good kind)
Really its stuff like this that makes fans ever more loyal with feedback from the people who make the show.
Hopefully other people who make/produce or just work on the AS lineup of shows can take note of the leadership you and nanners have provided in a good forum.
Yes if DVD's are available many would buy the whole if you build it they will come speil.
My only real question that hasn't been asked yet........Which ATHF EP did you work on?
Also with the Movie Chasing Amy there is a running gag in that movie about tracers and the lack of respect that they receive in the industry.......is that true?
thanks again and PLEASE continue to crank out the EP's

There have been 10 episodes that have aired... 9 from season 1, and 1 from season 2 for a total of 10 so far with more to come starting April 18th!

Sorry about the negative vibe.
I do see a lot of potential in the show, and the idea behind it is very clever. It just seems so comically anti-climatcic...
*shrug*
I'll check out the new episodes...I hear they are going to be good :smileywink:

Hey, I just saw X the eliminator and just wanted to say that I thought it was a great idea to take the show back to its roots.

The only thing I thought was missing from HB was Avenger saving birdman's **bleep** when he lost the "energy of the sun," and Birdman shouting "Biiiiiiiiiiiiiird Maaaaan."

That episode really made my day.  Just thought you'd like to know.

Hi there.  Newbie here.  Love love LOVE HB!!!!  I am new to the wonderful & weird world of Adult Swim, and I only wish I had discovered it sooner, especially Harvey!!! But that's the risk you take when you live under a rock.

Seriously, I am blown away that animators & writers take the time to chat on these boards with all the fans.  You guys seriously rock my world.  I mean it.

I'm off to lurk about the other rooms...and off to continue dreaming of a HB DVD set!

first- the dvd of the first season was one of the best investments i ever made (aside from the tv, dvd player and cable subscription).  anytime i need to use the can i just pop that in and i'm wetting my pants in no time!

second-  with the primary hanna barbera cartoon line-up nearly exhausted (although you are yet to touch hong kong phooey and tom and jerry), do you plan to dive into some of the more obscure characters soon?

I had posted this same thing in the show suggestion board:

I think that it would be kick-@ss if Birdman defended Pepé Le Pew against a sexual harassment charge.
