i know what it means i just cant remember how to spell it,

there was a writ of hab. Cor. of 1679 in england......... and you are right it is latin, the majority of legal terms are latin..............

when i said i dont know what it means...... i was refering to to "do you really want to feel him?"

Sorry about that. I misunderstood your post .

Just in case it was not clear before, I think it is funny in a less than PC way if you get my meaning.

Sasssssy!!

The words to the song were written and performed on the fly (I think) by one of the creators (I won't say which one) so its very likely that in the magic of the moment a few non-compatable phrasings were paired together :smileywink:

And to beat that horse a tad more: habeas corpus, produce the body... in a murder case, if you can't provide the body to prove the person is dead, then the accused cannot be charged with murder... unless you can otherwise prove beyond a shadow of a doubt with other hard evidence that the person has to be dead... like finding enough spilt blood to indicate the victim lost more than enough to be fatal, even in the absence of a body.

Basically I think it broadly means that you cannot convict a person on heresay or circumstancial evidence alone... but I'm no lawyer, I just animate one on T.V. :smileywink: P.S. Welcome back Goz, I haven't seen you around here recently... was beginning to think you went all "mod" on me!

This is a stupid question, but if Dr. Reducto likes things tiny so much why won't he make a giant ray to shrink the entire world (except Birdman to prevent shooting), or just shrink himself so him can be tiny.

its not stupid, but think about this..........
if he shrank the world (tiny) except for him and birdman..................
well, remember that one tom and jerry episode... where they kept drinking the "get large" potion? where would they stand? sleep........
but then youd also have to remember Apache Chief, he can grow........ so if Myron (?) reducto shrank him, he could just grow...................

I only meant for Dr. Reducto to shrink the people and other organisms, not the planet itself (I do remember that episode, and it was old school awesome).

No ones afraid of Apache Chief even if he is one of the multiculture pals. He would probably stay the same size so he can be with his women. Thats the thing he mosts cares about.

. . .it is to stupid, I don't need you telling me otherwise.:smileywink:

i orginally thought  thats what you meant, but picture this if you will.....
if its a giant gun........ then it has a giant ray........and giant rays would shrink everything in its way........ therefor the "world" would shrink.........
i think it is easier to just shrink people individually....... time consuming yes...... but it would get the job done.........

Reducto seems to have a thing for tiny feet......... i would like to se an episode where he just goes around shrinking peoples feet (it would look like they have been binding their feet since the day they were born) and it would look like they were walking on their tippy toes with quick tiny steps......... I can hear reducto now "Ooohhhhhh such beautiful teeny tiny feet mmm.... *starts to drool* BACK OFF!!"

ill tell you if its not stupid, if i wanna tell you its not stupid, I do-what-i-want:smileyvery-happy:

Reducto's a freakin' genius, madman. He would find a way to make his dream come true.

That would be a funny episode. Then, Birdman could be forced to defend Reducto for taking lots and lots of pictures of the tiny, tiny feet. . .and Reducto would keep shrinking Birdman whenever it looked like they were losing and then Birdman would zap him and then get returned to normal size again. . .that's comedic gold my friend.

. . .its stupid I say, stupid!:smileyvery-happy:

Goz, is the "Stephen Colbert" from the Birdman the same guy that's on the Daily Show?

I've always wondered, and I am sorry if someone else already asked this.

Yep, you cannot deny the stupidicity of my posts.:smileywink:

Cervantes- Heck yeah, add to it, do some more... try and stump me! (it probably ain't too hard :smileywink: )

And for ma main man Goz... am I up late, or just very very early? Like our favorite AS mascot, I too am a nightowl...

As far as things go in the Birdcage, its all good baby! You keep watchin', we'll keep crankin'!!! But no, Mr. Shutter-bug has not come down to visit us since the first time... I think we mighta scared him off with our questions of what life was like out in the real world... what sunshine felt like, who won the superbowl and who was president of America (we don't get out much)

Some Dabba Don Trivia:

1) Who is the right hand man for the Don? The messenger if you will? *and whats "off" about him?*

2) What Hollywood actress does Fred think he is near the end? *my favorite quick gag in the episode*

3) What is your favorite color?
