Anyone we can add to the cult following of HM is well worth it. Unfortunately I don't know anyone in "real life" who loves the series anywhere near as much as I do. The most I can get out of people after recommending they watch it is "eh, it wasn't bad". Much like Dr. Katz, HM is practically tailor-made for a niche market.
Do you (general "you") think there are enough fans who want HM back in order for the series to be temporarily resurrected? (I hugely doubt it ever will) but the reason I ask the question is, I wish I knew whether it was lack of fan interest, lack of funding for the project, or lack of Brendon Small's interest in resurrecting the series. No doubt it is a combination of all 3 factors but I wish I knew which one was the dominant stumbling block. Since we at the HM forum are so rabid and appreciative in our love of HM it is natural for us to assume the fan base is perhaps bigger than it really is. It's just a curiosity thing for me.
