Jason: There’s defintely a divorce coming on. Ahh, hold on a second again.
(Holding the phone down, screaming) Gimme a break! He doesn’t want chicken, Mom! Gimme a break! Please stop yelling! I can’t stand the yelling!
(Brendon and Melissa look skeptical. Jason lies on the floor.)
Brendon: Uh, Jason.
Jason: Why the yelling?! Why the yelling?!
Brendon: Jason.
Jason: Why! Make it end!
Melissa: Jason.
Jason: Make it end! (Sits up and talks normally on the phone.) I totally relate to you guys about the divorce thing, because, I mean (sighs) it looks like they’ll be divorced by the end of the day.
Melissa: Jason.
Jason: Yeah?
Brendon: Your parents aren’t really getting divorced, are they?
Jason: Huh?
Melissa: They’re staying together, aren’t they?
Jason: Uh, yeah.
Brendon: Your parents aren’t even there, are they?
Jason: I don’t know.
