Yea that would be cool. I don't think they're going to bother with remakes though since they already had a remake of MGS1 on gamecube and had a MGS HD collection come out recently.

Hopefully they're not gonna do something dumb like bringing Solid Snake back for more punishment in the present day.

MSG4 pretty much tied everything together with his side of the story with Solid dying, so the only plausible thing would to either clone another Snake or have another game set in a past time period that hasn't been emphasized. In particular, it would be cool to see a MGS where it tells of Big Boss' missions in the 1980's when he found Frank Jaeger, Sniper Wolf, and Naomi Hunter, ending with the creation of Outer Heaven.

That would definitely be an appropriate sequel after the release of Peacewalker.

I lost my #### when I first saw Big Boss/Naked Snake's face on that website in full high definition. It's a shame it ended up being a PSP product, but it was still a great game.

I hope that one day we can see Big Boss on our tv screens again with state of the art visuals.

i think long cut scenes is one of the things that makes MGS

but if youre referring to MGS4 then i'd have to agree

watching a 3 hour cut scene after beating the game was  a bit excessive
