My son has a diagnosis of all three of those conditions.

He is 9 and has a better understanding of the world around him than you do.

Do not allow your conditions to delegate what kind of person you are and hide behind them so that you can stay ignorant.

There's no excuse for being lazy.

I'm really not trying to mock you. Honestly.

There really is no reason you can't learn about politics, though. I mean, I've been clinically depressed, and I know many people with ADD and/or ADHD who've learned the basics of U.S. politics. And one of the most politicallly-educated people I personally know is a board user who has aspergers.

I apologize for being mean earlier, but in seriousness, you should really look into this sort of stuff. It's important.

I've been fighting for his right to a proper education for the last 2 and a half years now.

I understand it's hard.

He's been in therapy for about as long and has to take pills, every day.

That's more than any child should have to deal with..
But I will be damnded if I let him cop out and use it as an excuse to skirt through life without a real understanding about what surrounds him.
