i honestly think that she understands the concepts of doing these things, but doesn't actually have any experience trying to do these things, especially while trying to do a relationship.  when your longest "relationship" is having gone on dates with a guy over the course of two months, and he was 17 years older than you, it just doesn't count.  plus she just gave me a vibe like she's ####. >.>

Although I'm sure she'll find someone in the future.

When it comes to dating and relationships; men and women are VERY different.

Most women make a plan at a very young age as to how their life should play out:

High School

College

Find the perfect man

Married by at least 25

A brood of kids at the very latest 30

Old and retired by 40

What they don't get is: life cannot be planned because that curve ball of surprise is always there waiting to strike. Things never go as planned and anyone that tries is only setting themselves up for frustration.

That is unless you find a girl like me that learned early and just doesn't give a flip. See, I gave up on goals long ago because of Mr. Curveball. Can't tell you how many times I got hit by that little **bleep**. Now I just float through... if I get married, cool, if not... so what, next bus will be here in five... or NOT if I choose... I love my kitty cat... back to work!

You know...A year or two ago I wouldve said something about how she's going to learn that these goals are outrageous and real life is going to give her a terrible wake up call...

But I've come to find out this just isnt true. I know A TON of people who have successfully averted reality checks

Example: A good friend of mine wanted to be a rapper/producer. I said he wouldnt make it because most don't. He says oh well and moves to LA 

I'm thinking he's going to go out there. See how tough it is, and come back licking his wounds.

Out in LA he meets this girl who just happens to be rich and eventually marries her. He still raps and is unemployed, and still has not made it. Even with the money and resources he has now. 

The logic of this completely elludes him. Because he somehow found the perfect scenario in which he can remain in fantasy land.

It's good to keep occupied but if she keeps that busy there's something up.

Emotionally, psychologically, whatever.

If you can't keep up with her she would ditch you and move on to someone new.

I don't mean to seem negative, but that's kinda what happened to me.

i can tell people i'm going to be the president, a supreme court justice, and an NFL superstar, but it doesn't mean i can do all of that.

well obviously she cant accomplish all those things in like 2 years. but how far along in a double major math/pol sci is she? whats her gpa?? some ppl r just REALLY ambitious/disciplined & tbh if one second ur posting about giving up on life and the next second a possible future phd in astrophysics is showing an interest in u, and then u dont pursue her.... isnt that like self-sabotage?

then again it could be like u say & shes lying or thinks she can do more than she can

really, i think she is half-way to being in the nuthouse. and i have a fair amount of experience [both personal and professional] dealing with unstable people, so i think i have semi-expert opinion in this.

-and still graduate EARLY with a 3.8+ GPA
-[maybe] get my Master's in Library Science
-roadtrip to all states, including Alaska
-take a summer course in Iceland about vikings
-flit about Europe after graduation
