There's a cultural festival at school and Kagome's classmates waste no time getting her into the thick of things. Unbeknownst to all, though, she has brought home something dangerous from the feudal era: Demons! |
"Battle Against the Dried-Up Demons at the Cultural Festival" The cultural festival is in full swing; but there are several uninvited guests, Demons! Inuyasha must find and destroy all of them, and keep from being discovered as a demon himself.
"Chokyukai and the Abducted Bride" Kagome loves bacon; but she never thought she would end up married to it. And that's exactly what will happen unless Inuyasha, Sango and Miroku band together, with a little help from Shippo, to rescue her from a boar demon that hails from the continent.
"Shippo's New Technique, The Heart Scar" Five baby fox demons have developed a serious case of hero-worship, for Shippo. And true to his love for flattery Shippo goes overboard trying to prove his "greatness" to them.
"Trap of the Cursed Wall Hanging" Rumors have it that there is a village of demon women somewhere in the area. The only problem is that there is no demonic aura anywhere nearby. So the village where Inuyasha, Kagome, Miroku and Sango decide to stay for the night is perfectly ordinary, except it has only women in it and the men must sleep in a separate hut from the others.
"Miroku's Most Dangerous Confession" Just when Miroku thought he had gotten lucky, it turns out the woman was possessed by a demon. On top of that, it seems that even Sango has been possessed by the same thing; and Inuyasha & Kagome are stuck fighting an entire village of possessed women.

"A Strange Invisible Demon Appears!" The old exorcist from Demon's Head castle runs into the gang again. This time an invisible demon is robbing all the best houses in the village. At least it's soft beds and good food for everyone, and a hot bath for Kagome, if only Shippo and Inuyasha can stop bickering.
"An Ancestor Named Kagome" Modern Hojo has found a scroll showing Kagome's name as the wife of his ancestor Akitoki. What he doesn't know is that Kagome has met this ancestor. Kagome wonders if this means something happened and she wound up staying in the past, married to him. When she gets back there, the very person she is wondering about shows up with a demon weapon capable of possessing Inuyasha.
"Mountain of Demons: Survival of the Duo" Kagome and Akitoki have been separated from the others and must survive in the forest alone, with demon ninjas pursuing them. Inuyasha, meanwhile, has to fight off the head demon ninja and a strange all-powerful weapon before he can search for her.

He has the head, but can Inuyasha find his father in time? And even worse, someone Inuyasha doesn't want to confront is standing in the way, Sesshomaru! |

Refugees from all over the countryside are going there. Inuyasha must protect all these pilgrims while they are vulnerable outside the village. Elsewhere, the question arises of what happened to the other half of Hakudoushi, and a mysterious baby appears in a nearby castle. |
"The Mysterious Light that Guides the Saint" Inuyasha says that the Sacred Arrow that broke Hakudoushi's barrier is not Kikyo's; but everyone else disagrees. However, Inuyasha isn't saying that there is something familiar about the scent on the arrow, something he can't quite place. A barrier appears that protects the villagers from Abi's birds.
"Kagome's Instinctive Choice" Kagome found Kikyo, but the priestess is in bad shape. Naraku's miasma is poisoning her entire body. If Kagome refuses to accept the challenge of saving her, she will die. It is all on Kagome's shoulders, and there's a deadline. Meanwhile, Abi's birds are still attacking and Naraku is hunting for Kikyo, with every demon he has.
"Protect and Plunder!" Abi's birds find a new target, the castle where Naraku's baby is living. Has she turned on Naraku? And Kohaku is also at the castle. Will Sango get to see her brother again? What's more, Kohaku seems to be remembering his past.

"Stampede of the Countless Demon Rats!" Hakudoushi unleashes an army of demon rats on the landscape. They multiply when cut, so Tessaiga is useless. Worst of all, he enlists Kohaku for the job. The worst part is Kohaku has remembered everything about his past.
