Huh?!  I was able to watch it on Hulu!  You might need to refresh your screen to se it, but it was up there at 5 PM ET/4 PM CT.

I'll be posting my spoiler-free impressions a little later.

PRESENTATION: 9.0 - Sure, the resolution was not quite up to par, even for 480p, but Hulu couldn't have handled the subtitles better!

ANIMATION: 9.2 - Slightly better than last week!

STORY: 9.4 - Urgent and heartfelt this time!

MUSIC: 9.0 - Really good to hear these themes again with new animation! 

TRANSLATION: 8.9 - I'm pretty sure there will be some complaints by fansubbers, but the translation was fairly consistent with fans of the dub.

OVERALL: 9.1 - Getting better, but next week's preview looks a little off-putting.  We'll see...

Strange, since it was up on Shonen around 4.  So, I guess discussion times can be set next week, if it goes up around 4 again.

Anyway, as far as the episode goes, it was wonderfully done.  This wasn't as fast-paced as the first episode, there was a lot going on, but it didn't seem to be trying to scramble back and forth from one thing to the next.

Okay, so I just saw the episode and I must say it was really good... it was great hearing the Naraku music again!  But wow, what a sick, twisted bastard he is for doing what he did!  It was a very touching and very sad episode.  I admit I was spoiled about this, but still I was surprised about how it went down and how the characters acted in it.  Especially by Sesshomaru. 

Say umm... I am unfamiliar here with the rules of these threads.  Can we talk about what happened in the episode if it has already been posted?  Or can we never talk about what happened in it?  I assumed the spoiler discussion was for those who read the Manga?

I had thought this would have much more activity since there are tons of people who wanted to see this new InuYasha show and I presumed more people have not read the Manga than have.  Unless it is because the other thread is for discussing the events that happened in the episode.

Or maybe the many anime fans of InuYasha are more casual and not that aware that InuYasha Final Act is out.  But I doubt this.  Can someone please clear up my confusion?

Yes, it is, but you can post about the episode here, nothing past it, though deaths are to be marked should they happen in any particular episode (including the first series).

I just watched the latest episode and it was so beautiful and nicely done. I saw someone else talking about how they liked hearing Naraku's music again but for me it was Kikyou's music that brought back the old Inuyasha feeling to me.

Could be a number of reasons that they aren't.

If you don't want spoilers, yes, this would be the place. And yes, anything pertaining to the most recently aired episode (which would be episode 2) and those before it, including those from the first series.  And the spoiler rule has always been in effect.

Now that doesn't make sense. That thread is for people who've already read the manga and can talk about spoilers. No spoilers doesn't mean what happened in the current episode. Otherwise there's nothing to talk about and this thread has no purpose. For some reason nobody's had the courage to start actually talking about what's happened in the first two eps. I don't know, but I think it's because people are watching the ep at all different times so people don't know when the discussion "starts". For that we need thread leadership. Something that I would've provided if I had the first thread.... >.>

Also, I am quite surprised.  InuYasha was the most popular show ever on Adult Swim.  I can't believe this thread isn't overflowing with posts.  Maybe most of Inu's fans have moved on from AS and it isn't as big a deal giving InuYasha's current air time and that these episodes aren't on AS and in english.

But yeah, Admira, what he said makes no sense!  That's what I thought at first too, but then I was like... WTF is thread even here for?!  X_X  I am so confused and there is no one to talk about the first two episodes with anyways...
