Oh that was awesome!!! Happy.

Flubs. Did u notice Kikyo's bow after she shot Inuyasha? The string was on the wrong side. It was on the left side of her arm and it should've been on the right side and covered by it. Did u notice the flashback to Kagome blasting Mistress Centipede? They forgot to censor her boobs. Did u notice the wound on Kagome's side after Mistress Centipede bit her? It was all bloody, and then later on it was clean. Also in the second ep the rip was white in the middle instead of her skin showing through. Anybody notice any others?

It was amazing how fast Kagome and Inuyasha hit it off after him trying to kill her. "Why don't u help me eat this." Aww, Kagome's so nice. And then it didn't take long for her to be totally smitten by him. "Wow, he *is* strong." They really have great chemistry together. I just love their fresh voices in these early episodes. Kagome!!

Yes, the voices are fairly "fresh" in these first few episodes. I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but the voice actors seemed new to the parts, and they definitely developed as the series went on.

And I do agree: the chemistry between Kagome and Inuyasha is fairly straightforward. She's so different to him and you can see it. She's not submissive or anything, and neither is he. They are both very direct, and Kagome really handles things well considering how wierd the entire situation is. At least she TRIED to shoot the crow the first two times. Would you have been so brave?

Shoot, the girl did the best she could.

Also, maybe Kagome has hidden powers. I mean, Mistress Centipede chopped the jewel out of her body. Shouldn't she have bled to death or something? A wound like THAT would have been pretty nasty.

You can still be a fan of the show, but you will definitely have different feelings about it when you are older.

Your perceptions are different, and the way you look at a show is MUCH different.

Many of the early eps had errors/bloops in them.  The [as] edits wound up on the first DVD releases If I can recall.  Most of the dubs were redone as well, with minor script changes too.

It's strange, but I felt like [as] wasn't the same after Inuyasha left. I wasn't the biggest fan ever, but it left a big hole in the schedule for me. I'm glad to have it back.

Maybe this will be the kick in the viewers pants to get them to watch anime saturdays again...hopefully.

Oh yeh! It finally happened. They finally put it back on at a decent time instead of that 5 am garbage... but i do wish they would have put it on every weekday night plus saturday at 2-3am because thats when i first started watching it last year. It was May 29th, 2007 when i watched my first episode and it was episode 7 i believe with Sesshoumaru plotting to take Tessuaiga (i think thats how u spell it...=)), even though i remember vaguely watching it several years ago, it must have been when it had first aired. But i saw it and i liked that episode alot. So i hopped on AdultSwim's website and saw what episode it was on, and if it wasn't too far in, i would watch the episodes i missed off the internet. And i kept watching the series on TV as often as i could, missing some every once in awhile, good thing i had my computer. But im so glad they have it back on from the beginning. Long post, but theres more i can put cause its really ironic.

Believe it or not, i actually said to myself yesterday i would start the series from scratch off the internet and so i watched the first 3 episodes today. I figured i would do this every day til i was done, until about 40 mins ago, cause i saw InuYasha on AdultSwim when i was flicking and i was like oh hell yeh., a wrong show run (cause it happens all the time...) Then i saw it was the first episode and i was like WHOA this could be a rerun of the series! So hence, here i am, and im ready to go again for InuYasha. InuYasha was the first anime i ever watched and made it a part of my everyday schedule. InuYasha forever!

Always good to see the early episodes again, Inuyasha is more bad ass and Kagome isn't as annoying.

I just hope it sticks around for awhile.

I know! I was just thinking that. There are 13 hours of anime on Adult Swim a week, and Inuyasha makes up 9 hours of that! 69% of all AS anime programming is Inuyasha!! RIF POWER!!
