I believe I saw one of them at an anime convention.  He wore a cowboy hat, and I believe he was from Canada.  I don't know remember who he was though.

Sounds about right.  Is he known for wearing a cowboy hat?  I bet if I were to look, I could find my program guide from that year and varify his name, but I just don't feel like it.

From what i've heard he is. But what doesn't make sense to me is if he is, how come he doesn't have an accent?

I was actually lucky enough to meet Scott McNeil (Koga's voice actor) last month. He's really nice and funny too
