Haha, there's an added dimension because of the language to why Yurina thinks Tokine is Yoshimori's sister. Just like the familiar -san, you can add the suffix -nee(san/chan) to address an older sister or close family acquaintance (older female). So Yoshimori just might address his older sister, if he had one, as Toki-nee(san/chan), where 'Toki' was the first character of her name.
