Although, does that mean that there is a Kekkaishi outfit for every age?

Did Yoshimori wear a 10 year old version of his outfit? 12 year old? Heck, in a picture, Toshimori was wearing a 2 year old version of the outfit.

Each age of the traditional kekkaishi outfits, male and female, seem to be identical. I suppose the obi's are the only things that differ from either a regular dark blue male kimono or a female version (with the non-traditional female kimono), and that may just need to be lengthened with age/growth, or they're really long to start with and tied to fit depending on the body structure.

Now that I think about it, it could be like in real life shirts.

There are Kekkaishi outfits for toddlers. Kekkaishi outfits for children. Kekkaishi outfits for pre-teens. Kekkaishi outfits for Teens. Kekkaishi outfits for Young Adult. Kekkaishi outfts for Adults. Kekkaishi outfits for Old People.

I woukldn't be surprised if there was a Kekkaishi outfit for babies even if the baby couldn't walk yet.

Well, they do bring newborns immedietly to Karasumori to see if they would get the Houin Mark or not.
