i think that king of the hill is all that [as] could get from fox, seeing as they'll never get the simpsons. king of the hill bores, annoys and pisses me off. i feel that the stupidity of the show lacks wat family guys stupidity has which makes it funny and ur left with a show with a whole bunch of rednecks. i hope this show does as well as Saved By The Bell, and Pee Wee's Playhouse lasted on it's [as] run.

Okay, guys, it was getting a little heated here, so I removed a chunk of posts. If you want to banter over King of the Hill, you can do it without calling each other morons or little kids. Basically, stick to arguing the points, and try not to flame.

Hey, I enjoy this show.  I can relate to some of the humor and the day to day mischievious adventures are always funny. Sure a show might have its bunk episodes but they have their shiners too.

One great KOTH Episode is the Mega-lo-mart explosion. Shows great writing and an unexpected character death. Good Episode.

yeah, that was nice. it would have been a great series finale episode, making it a true cult classic. but, instead, they keep running the show, stretching it out too far. odds are, later on in the series, people are going to hate the show. if only mike had a chance to cut it when he did.

I absolutley HATE King of the Hill. It's not funny even a little bit. Is this seriously Futurama's replacement? If that's the case then I've lost all faith in humanity. I hope [AS] realizes that KOTH has the worst ratings and takes it off the weekly line up. It's like back in the day when I had to start watching [AS] at 11pm. I liked the 10pm starting time until brought us King of the Crap!

I don't Funfetti and moan about all the shows on Adult Swim I think are Funfettity (anything by Tim and Eric, Xavier, numerous others). I can understand that some people do enjoy the shows I dislike. There's a magical thing called a remote control you can use to switch to another channel when shows you don't like come on.

King of the Hill is like a game with a hard learning curve.  Like when I started playing the MGS games I thought they were crap and badly designed.  When I finally learned how to play the game I realized what an idiot I was.  King of the Hill was the same way. I remember after watching one season it dawned on me "Holy crap this is as funny as, if not funnier than, Family Guy and Futurama."

Yea why IS "Kingof the hill" on "Adult Swim"  It is a rightwing  propaganda show for kids not Adults.  I posted in another area this opinion and was personally attacked for this opinion.  Oh well!  I just know "King of the Hill" stinks!

Phonics M,

                    Cartoons are an enjoyment for me plane and simple.   I should not need to learn how to watch a cartoon because by then it has lost it's appeal for me.  Futurama, Moral Oral, Family Guy, Robot Chicken, Squidbillys, Boondocks (it is a bit reverse raciest) all are funny and If I need to laugh at a redneck I watch Squidbillys. What I wish to know is where is the Adult In "king of the hill"?  I just don't see anything in this show that requires a mentality of over 12 years old.  But simple people do have a tendency to stick to simple things.  Same as slow folks stick to slow things.  People who live in a fast moving society need fast moving comedy.  I see "king of the hill" as a small town slow moving type of cartoon .   I do not see KOTH as an "Adult Swim" Cartoon and I wish that the programming person will see that KOTH is misplaced  in Adult Swim.

Please remove KOTH from Adult Swim!
