For some reason you can't enable them when you use "Play All."

You have to select them via the "Episodes" menu, and pick one of the four episodes with commentary:
"He's Not the Messiah, He's a DJ," "Escapeoke," "Terry the Teratoma," and "The Dreamster."

Oh oh oh! You have to choose the episode FIRST. Then you can turn . . . gah, terrible menu. But thanks! I would never have found that without your encouragement to poke around that menu a bit more.

A lot of AS DVDs use this method for selecting commentary tracks, and I agree, it's sort of irritating. I don't know a whole lot about DVD authoring but it seems like DVDs are rather stubborn about these sorts of things. Maybe their options were limited since they had to cram everything on one disc.

Anyway, enough with my diatribe. Hurray for the Lucy DVD!

Actually, it makes sense for them to do it this way if not all of the episodes have commentaries.

Yeah, it took me years before I found the commentaries for The Brak Show Vol. 1. And this is after I already knew about this method.

That said, I just ordered my copy of LDOTD!
