Plot hole

OK here is the question. The two “Boys” of  Victor and the Mrs..  They would not be conceived until AFTER she and he drank the immortal formula.  So why are they not immortal too.

Just because the parents are immortal, that doesn't automatically mean their offspring will be. Besides, the serum freezes people's ages at the moment they drink it, so the kids would have been immortal zygotes at the moment of conception and stayed that way.

Ha ha something i know. Simply he hates them an hopes they would die, but death was so pissed victor is immortal  he said he never would. So they keep getting older and not dying.
