Hey has there been a Medusa type character in there?  Like in the background in the bar or something.  I swear I vaguely remember something like that but there are so many details in the show it's hard to tell.

But that whole Medusa thing would make a good character or episode. 

I remember that old movie "the Gorgon", I used to love that movie.  It was one of the first horror movies I saw when I was a little kid.  It must have been cheap because one of the local tv stations ran it a lot.

Made the thread early partly due to hype for the season premiere, and partially due to not knowing if I'd have time to make one closer to the premiere. For the next episodes I'll see about waiting til closer to showtime, also in case anyone else wants to make an episode thread.

In other news, I quite enjoyed the premiere; by the title I wondered if H.G. Wells was gonna show up in the episode but it seems he was the namesake on the Scary Monster Contest.

I thought this was a good episode. I like the vampire hunter character--Joe's his name? Yeah. Makes for some good moments. I particularly liked the ending scene where Joe was bloodied from having taken down a vampire. I also thought the development of the Frankenstein monster was nice--though I did enjoy seeing him with octopus tentacles sticking out of his head.
