Yep, a recent bump said April 29th.  As per past bumps, Brendon Small, & Jon Schnepp, season 4 will be 12 15-minute episodes.

So, we get 12 eps come spring and other other 12 at a "later date?"

Nope, only 12 episodes this season.  15 minutes, too. 

So the 4th season is just over half the length of seasons 1, 2, &  3.  They were 5 hours (with commercials) each season.  Season 4 will be only 3 hours (with commercials, my brain ain't working it to break it down without)

Don't know.  I guess it depends on how finished all the episodes are when it starts up.
