I'm such a good F* *k* *g employee.

I actually worked today.

Holiday weekend, But I had some unfinished S* *t I wanted to take care of.

So I fire up my work  computer and crank out DethKlok.

Nobody's around so I push my volume level to 10.

I'm working away and out of no-where some chick shows up.

She tell's me to turn the music down.

First I ask her, " Who the F* *K are You?"

Second I ask her, "While your up, Can you refresh my coffee?"

She  frowns and say's "My name is Kelly and my father owns this company"

(I knew my boss had a daughter, but I never met her)

I say, "Oh your Kelly...nice to meet you! But I'm not turning the music down"

She seemed stunned.

She composed herself, and said, "I'm only going to ask you this last time to turn down that vile music"

I say, "I't's not going to happen, Dethklok is best enjoyed Loud"

I eyeballed her and she eyballed me.

I could see she was angry.

And to tell you the truth,  I was getting a little angry myself.

She finally relented and left.

When I finished the work I had to do, I put Dethklok on a loop on my computor (Loop meaning it will play Dethklok songs over and over again) and I kept the volume up to 10).

My Computer has a password that only I can access, so that Dethklok hating B* t* ch  can rock out  all weekend!

Looking forward to showing up to work Tuesday Morning

well technically, if you find someone who doesn't like dethklok you're supposed to make them drink motor oil til they get real sick ( see episode "revengencers" )

but i still like how you handled it. way to show that b!tch up.

It's sad how many people have an unbearable hatred towards all metal in general. Yet the stuff they like (probably some weird indie soft rock relax music) is the stuff that truly **BLEEP**. That or Scottish opera.

Agreed. If you think about it, Metal is the most original music out there today. Everything else is either a remake or something totally lame.

I this situation, though, I have to give a banana sticker to you, Drwiz001.  Hopefully by Tuesday, she will become totally metal.

I guess the Boss likes my productivity more than his worthless daughter that has no business even talking to me while I'm working.

yes, but this is where the fans come to betch about people who hate them, so don't expect much tolerance here.

Dude, that's awesome. All my co-workers always b!tches about me playing Dethklok on the CD player at work. I work at a pizzeria and and the radio is set to the worst stations. So when they tell me to turn it off, I just walk over to CD player and crank it louder and louder each time (And the CD player can be window-shatteringly loud). The thing is, when CD player is on the radio, The customers walk in and walk right out. But when I play Dethklok, The place is always PACKED. (Which makes ME more money)

That's some pretty mild hatin' there. Seems like the most anyone can come up with is gettin' sort of grumbled at. Not very brutal.

Kinda makes me wonder too, I mean, KISS got people to freak out, and there are people still goin' on about how violent video games will get us all killed, Why doesn't there seem to be anybody throwin' fits over Dethklok?

I suspect that anyone who genuinely believes heavy metal music causes violence or suicide, doesn't take Dethklok or Metalocalypse seriously. The show is so over-the-top with the violence and intentionally funny that even they get the joke, I guess.

you guys on the boards are the only ones i can talk to about dethklok b/c none of my friends watch metalocalypse.  if i tried to play them any of dethklok's music, i'm certain they would hate it.  i love my friends with all my heart, but they have seriously sh*tty taste in music.  and television.  your encounter of someone who hates dethklok doesn't surprise me.
