Also - Carpathian Forest High where Nathan takes his GED, Burzum's is the burger place they go in Dethfam, JJ Amarth -> Amon Amarth, St. Necrophagist's Hospital (Marco Minnemann, Necrophagist's drummer, is doing some upcoming trio work with Keneally and Beller, plug plug plug), there's an Arch Enemy reference on a movie marquee in season 2 (plus Brendon quotes "Intermezzo Liberte" in the incidental music for 'Cleanzo')... Did anyone mention Finntroll's grocery store yet (and the Cannibal Corpse song titles)?

In the beginning of Dethgov, there are a few Deicide references, one being "Lunatic of God's Creation" and the other I can't remember. But both definitely Deicide references.
