I think he wants Dethklok alive so that he can control their message and through them, the world. Maybe it'll be a little more complicated than that, but I feel like it might be something up that alley.

Dethklok has infulence and power...the Tribunal wants Dethklok's influence and power so they can control their fans and order them like they're puppets.
