My favorites still are 0079 and Zeta.
Gundam Wing was okay as it represented the last show of the 5 year anime cash-crunch. I like it for it's original story based politics and human idealism, but the show fails to attract that kind of audiance as the majority just want to see robots piloted by pretty boys. No matter how hard it tried (and I don't think the writers could have tried any harder) everyone who loves the show really don't try to understand the story and would rather just choose to get lost in the anime stereotypes of the show. It tried as hard it could, but ended up another character fanbased show to slot next to Evangelion and Yu Yu Hakusho.

the weal SD Gundam IS great, its funny as hell, as long as you know the UC storyline.
but my favorite suit from wing was Epyon, it seemed to have a dark version of the ZERO system in it, cuz it drove Hiro and Zechs mad.
