I bet his middle name starts with an A.

and then when his records are filed in a filing cabinet.
It would read.........
Orel, A. Mortal

BTW, What is Moral's middle name?

Or his real name could starts with a N.

and it would be.

N. Moral Orel.

Moral would be his middle name.

a three-part question, gentlemen.

1, does standards and practices have to ask you to add jokes with every episode?

2, why don't you spend less time drinking, and more time thinking up jokes that aren't so trite?

and 3, are you doing this just because you didn't get any questions at comic con?
screw inuyasha. anime is dumb.

i'm the one that asked about devin townsend. i'm also a girl. wow.

No, I was using the whole Red/Blue State as an example. A metaphor as how religion MAY be used on this show. I don’t know where you’re coming from with the whole “interjecting my politics into this show.” I personally do not believe in that. Maybe that’s something you puling out of my message, out of context. I personally hate it when people put thoughts into my head. Maybe that’s what you think I’m doing, maybe that’s just you. This show is open to the audiences interpretations. Here's some of my own.

I believe that seeing all the episodes in context would make sense. Tell you the truth if the show was comedy gold, I would have stayed and watched it. It’s too late. It’s like this. You may love this show very much. Not everyone is going to love it back. Yes I do want to go back and give the show another try. There is something preventing me from doing it.. Namely where I live.

The setting of moral is placed in the bible belt. Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri. That’s in the area where I live. This is what hits close to home. I’m not extremely flattered by it. It has great characters. Those characters misinterpret the bible. They contradict themselves on moral matters. They do bad things that are judiciously made right by the lost commandments. If this was a political show or a Red/Blue state matter. Evolution would be a topic. Kansas just had a trial over evolution being taught in their school systems. Not to long ago., in 2005. Long after the scope money trail. The right wanted to teach creationism masked as intelligent design in public schools. In the class of Orel. The evolution of Man is taught in different stages. The stages of man are labeled Bible Man , Dark Age Man, Wild West Man, and Clean Cut Man. It's funny yet at the same time makes the people in moralton seem a little backward. That is something I don't care for.

Dino: This guy is **bleep**. Don’t delete anything. He’s entertaining me.

Is that so? I guess you would know, right? At lest I’m not boring you to sleep.

Hey I live in Missouri, too and probably grew up similarly to Orel, but I still find the show entertaining. I don't think the show should touch on the more serious of matters like the theory of evolution or stem cell research. Those are topics that are being debated about today by people. Moral Orel doesn't seem like a show that focuses on current events. If I wanted that, I'd watch the Daily Show or Colbert. (I never watch those shows.)

Are you kidding!? Those are the episodes I can't wait for! I think that it should be aproached gradually, but I hope Moral Orel pushes all the limits. Didn't you read about the musical Dino wrote about the dead baby, but it's not necessarily a comedy?

Ok, two more questions (for now)...
I think i remember you saying you liked working on projects that are based on real-life scenarios,
that have very genuine and true to life characters in those shows. How did you writing an episode
of Lucky Louie come about?

And what's the last CD you bought?

And, BTW, I think Ronin's idea that the show is about catholicism was too funny...

I don't care what issue the show is using in an episode. When 'God's Chef' finally aired, I didn't sit in my house and say, "Oh my God masturbation!"
I'm much more enthralled with Moralton and its inner workings. As it has been said, the first season was repetitive and issues were just used to introduce the town and characters so they can be expanded and developed in the second season. So while certain topics were used creatively, I don't care about the politics or controversies surrounding them, just how the characters reacted. If season two is going to really dive into the nitty gritty of Moralton, I will definitely love it even more than I did season one.

Is there a absolute truth? How can all the religons be right at the same time? Can anybody hold a monopoly on truth? Is truth subjective? We can talk about this until the end of time.

Yes, there is absolute truth..but that doesn't mean we know what it actually is.

How can all religions be right at the same time? My memory may be off but there is a verse somewhere in the bible that says that God doesn't really care what faith you have, he understands that there WILL be a culture difference and that He (short of a plague of locusts) won't change your mind by simply having people trying to convince you. The same basic morals are there for ALL (major) religons, it's just a matter of society and culture difference.

Truth is not subjective, just what you believe is the truth.

Acutally they can, facts are given spin and interpretations all the time to fit into certain viewpoints. There is no objective truth and no objective facts, at least not coming from the perspective of an ordinary mortal.
