Well the Geass fans seem to be unimpressed with this show being back, as this show kicked is nearly out of the Death Slot of the lineup, but also that means this show will get more respect, I just wish it would at least get on the top 3 a few times while competing with The Boondocks and King of the Hill 10:30 time slot.

That I rarely visit these boards these days 'cause it's so full of prebuscent [as] viewers, and everyone I knew no longer posts here...

It got their attention, that's for sure, and it's not as black and white as failing, because in actuality it didn't fail, we got our voices heard, and we actually had some good discussions going after it finished, but it did get very big.  It was a very popular thread.

Here's hoping.  I must say... the entry of "live action" into the network, no anime during the weekdays... King of the Hill, which I liked at first but stopped watching a few seasons in on Fox... are several unnerving developments.  I just hope it doesn't go the way of MTV where it doesn't even resemble the channel it once was and is obviously nowhere near as good.

I have shows that I actually liked on Sundays, but I don't even watch anymore because there is so much BS interspersed in between they are trying to force you to watch.

But, here, here... to Moribito.  A good show.  It's holding my interest.  Lately the best things I've seen on here have been Code Geass, Death Note... and, actually started watching Bleach again, a while back.  I lost interest during that whole "Bount" storyline which really seemed like filler, in my opinion, since they resumed where they left off with this recent storyline.  Although, the past few episodes have been "filler episodes" of this very story arc, but I digress.  As that is for a different thread.

Moribito... is consistently good every week.  It keeps you coming back for more.  I was truly surprised this week when it turned out that Balsa and Chagum in fact aren't able to escape and have to come crawling back to Tando?... the medicine guy.  I didn't understand why the magic weaver woman who was presumably their allie would have them attacked by that giant wolf creature, killing an excellent horse and presumably re-injuring Balsa.  The scene where the boy watches his own funeral was powerful and impressive, I must say.  I was glad that Tando got what he deserved (in a good way).  I was actually "mad" at Balsa, too.

Heh.I'm going to have to track down the episode discussion thread to talk about it.

You're not wrong, it is very unnerving, and from what I've seen people are taking their business elsewhere during the live actions, myself included.  I watch anime elsewhere during the week.  I am VERY eager to see new Moribito episodes on AS.

     Objections? Yes, I have a few things to that need to be grind on my axe(or "I have an axe to grind with you!"). While I agree that good comedy is hard to find on Adult Swim lately, I can not agree with you that those are the only ones that are funny(except clerks; not funny even though the live-action movie was hysterical).

     You either forgot to count Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Family Guy, Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, Metalocaplyse, Mission Hill, Obolongs, Robot Chicken, and The Venture Brother, or you really believe that these shows are not funny.

     If you just forgot, then I'm sorry to make an issue of it. If you can't stand these shows for some reason then I feel sorry for you; you are missing out on a lot of funny and great shows. Your loss is my gain.

Good Idea! A better one though would be to rent Moribito Volume 3 and 4 through Netflix or a video/dvd rental store so you can be ahead of the DVD regular weekly viewer as I am. "Now you know and knowing is half the battle. G.I. Joe!!"
