I'm thinking this.

In general, I like the pace of this arc. It seems to be moving along at a better pace,

things don't seem as dragged out.

Okay, Fairy Tale newb here, but I have a question (I know you didn't see that coming).  I've recently started watching this anime, and I like it a lot, however before I started watching it I considered picking up the manga.  I'm wondering, is the anime series on par with the manga?  Specifically, does the anime series have the "Naruto" syndrome, where it's overcome with fillers?

Note: I know that many anime shows, which are derived from an ongoing manga series are afflicted with the filler disease, but the degree seems to vary.  Hence, I pose the aforementioned question.

fairy tail has a few filler eps, but not full blown filler arcs. but you'll prolly enjoy the manga more . i certainly did lolol.

I couldn't continue with the anime because the animation was total sh*t.  I still read the manga, though.
