If you want Gundam you'd better be willing to pay ridiculous import prices.

 

And I thought the 6-7 episode volumes of Gundam 00 were unappealing... this makes me pine for a deal like that.

SEED HD isn't worth it - the new animation on the mechs is nice, but the character designs got messed up.

 

EDIT: The only gundam I will import is Turn A on BD with subs. Do it Japan. 

Now on twitter! Because I like to pretend people care what I think.

Hoping they get Turn A subbed eventually but looking online for import prices, it's either $380 for the series or $160-$180 for the movies.

The belly-up of Bandai in USA is certainly causing many to grieve for Gundam. At least UC will probably still be going on as it is.
