For instance, i started going to the gym because of One Piece.

I wanted to be as buff as Luffy, and now im aiming for good ol' dead Ace.

I also started to get into timed sprint running because i started Eyesheild 21 recently.

I could imagine some people would be liek "I got into art because of Hidimari Sketch" or "i got into being a lesbian because of Hidimari Sketch"

Anyone got anything?

EDIT: ON A SIDE NOTE... ANYONE KNOW WHAT EPPIES OF ES21 ARE FILLER AND I SHOULD SKIP?

uhmmm i kinda got into fashion thanks to parakiss >_> i liked theyre clothing and stuff and then like i found out its lolita fashion so i kinda started persuing it more, then i thought oh hey i want this SO MUCH but idun got money and i got american measurements not petite japanese ones >_< so i started learning to like sew and stuff...

its not so hard once you learn the basics of a sewing machine then sewing is easy! you should try making pillows or something those are way easy! <3

Aria inspired me to go to Venice, though I probably would've gone anyway. It just tossed it higher on the priority list.

Summer Wars got me into Hanafuda cards. Love it.

I guess technically the same applies to Pokemon and YuGiOh. >_>

Not sure about inspired, but Welcome to the NHK turned me into a shut in for a few weeks in college.

Uh, Genshiken made me try to improve my anime club, which subsequently led to us starting a convention.

Orihime from Bleach inspired me to try and learn to cook. I'm not very good yet, but I'm trying.

you know i can say i dont think that anime has inspired me to do anything,

i had a lot of asian culture (and i mean multiple cultures) around me growing up, so i already was in to japanese and chinese foods, (which i have always eaten with chopsticks, since i was like 5). my decor has always been asian inspired, even clothing, yah i had a few happy coats, and yukitas growing up, i never did get to have a kimono though) along with other little cultural type behaviors.
