that's 80% of anime since 2006 is(''>_>''), there was a moe Boom around that time in Japan and it's just now starting to diminish in popularity

There is alot more moe shows today than in the 90's, but what really makes up the "moeblob genre" would essentially be "cute girls/guys doing cute things". Even if some shows have cuter aesthetics, it doesn't really make it moeblob by default. In fact, I find that the amount of harem anime nowadays is starting to trump moeblob anime. Japanese otaku are more clingy about newer shows which is why they worship Infinite Stratos, Tiger and Bunny, Working!! and Haganai are what they were clamoring for by the end of the year while K-ON, while still popular due to the movie, hasn't been as up in their voters polls as they would have been two summers ago

The art style makes it bad?


The art is the best part of it.


Not that it, as a series, is particularly good, but lots of enjoyable shows have similar styles.

Just watched two more episodes, and it's clear that Yoshii is gay for Hideyoshi, as we all are.

And I had a dream that Miharu had broken Minami's spirit and gotten her into a gay marriage. It was sexy in a "she gave into the puss" kinda way.
