KissxSis does have two step-sisters actively pursuing their brother and an anime series based off of such, but I feel that the guy is not enough into it.  He actually seems to hate it.

Whereas with Oniichan Control, the lust is reciprocable, but the brother has to keep himself in control while the sister actively tempts him.

That's the Japan I believe in.

It's one of those things that takes itself seriously, but in a way that you know it really isn't that serious.  Some of the stuff is just too ludacris to take seriously.

Aki Sora was pretty good. Though I did preferred the manga over the OVAs.
