No idea. I keep meaning to get into it, but the animation makes it look like a little kids' show.

Only have that right now to celebrate the manga's 10th anniversary next month. Currently I like Bleach more (It's my 3rd favorite anime, and it was my gateway series.), but that probably will change once this filler arc ends. And if you're wondering, I like Naruto the least of the big 3.

So if the only two anime I've seen are Tatami Galaxy and One Piece, and I ended up loving Tatami Galaxy but hating One Piece, I would have no taste?

I think there are a lot of One Piece haters that would disagree by saying that not liking One Piece gives you a real taste for anime.

For me, all I do is read the manga now since the anime is a bit tedious to watch in comparison.

I think One Piece is definitely one of a kind (no pun intended) in that it has some original characters and the manga itself is actually really funny and entertaining to read.

I think that there are a lot of anime fans that may not like One Piece just because of the sheer length of the series and because of that they tend to watch more anime series that only consist of about 12 to 26 episodes, not 500 or whatever it is for One Piece. I'm definitely this kind of anime fan, but I do respect and genuinely enjoy the manga.
