yeah Mihawk has only done one thing since the war started.

If he wants to measure the strength between he and Whitebeard, he'll have to get through Joss.

Maybe Mihawk will go through the same ordeal, as Zoro went through with Mr. 1.

Zoro tries to cut through Steel

Mihawk tries to cut through Diamond.

hm...that's pretty elaborate. I kinda assumed it meant that Doflamingo killed Kuma in between the fiasco at Shabondy and the start of this battle and is controlling his corpse like he controls other people.

I don't think Pinky could take out Kuma.  My guess is that he may just be f*cking with Iva.

or maybe he is dead, but Doflamingo ain't the one that did it.

I can't wait til Funimation gets back up to One Piece episode 152.

Chapter 560: Title The prisoners of Impel Down
Zoro's Coverstory: A shadow crouching near

Hancock whispers to Luffy
Hancock: Luffy, I'm glad to see you safely here.
Here, this is the keys to your brother's cuffs
Luffy: Hancock thanks!!

Luffy hughs Hancock, and Hancock blushingly says
Hancock: Hurry, go save your brother

Hancocks falls down (from overwhelming pleasure)
Marine: The pirate empress has been defeated by Strawhat with a bearhug!!
Hancock: Oh.... this is what... marriage is like!
Smoker: I won't let you get away, Strawhat!

Smoker blocks Hancocks' Perfume Femur with his Jutte, but it turns into stone and crumples.

Scene changes to Buggy
Mr.3: You sure this plan will work?
Buggy: It'll be alright!! Let's go my men!!

Buggy is starting up something.

Ivankov vs Kuma
DoFlamingo: He's finally completed recently. They frist started with his legs and arm...
And finally they modefied his head, into a full cyborg.
He's not longer the Kuma you knew!!
Ivankov: Being forgotten is the hardest thing....

That's when Kuma proceeds to attack the other prisoners.
Enraged, Ivankov says no more fooling around, he's going all out.

continued....

Croc: We've been separated far from them...
Near croc is Mr.1

Fodder pirates: I won't let you get to pops!!
They attack Crocodile.
Croc: Out of my way.
Croc blows them away with tornado.
Whitebeard sighs or something, I don't remember >_< (<- Nja's comment)

Jozu comes rushing in, and body slams into Croc's face.
Croc is blown away, and mutters how fast Jozu is despite his size and weight.
Croc lands on his feet, but blood gushes out from his mouth and nose.
DoFlamingo is near by.

Jozu comes attacking him, but DoFlamingo stops Jozu.
Jozu: So you managed to sneak out of that hole of yours huh, crocodile man?

Then he slowly turns towards DoFlamingo, and glares.

Croc: Don't get in the way Doflamingo, or I'll kill you!
DoFlamingo: How about it Crocodile, why don't we join forces?
Jozu vs Croc & Doflamingo?

The strongest swordsman Hawkeye appears in front of Luffy who went to save Ace.
Luffy vs Mihawk

Quick question, when Milhawk first saw the Strawhats at Baratie, did he recognize Luffy's hat?

The end of the chapter had me really surprised, didn't expect that match-up happening, like ever.

that is an interesting question, indeed. makes me want to break out my DVDs and watch the Baratie arc again.

but oh man...i'm worried about Oda. he's been taking a lot of breaks lately, yeah? think the epicness of this series is catching up with him?

the key to ace's cuffs. badass. really glad that got out of the way, go Hancock! loved her looking down on Smoker and especially her assumption about Luffy's hug. LOL. wish the one I love would hold me like that :smileysad:

friggin Kuma! why? why!? i wonder, is Oda going to say with this plot twist "some things are harsher than you realize" or are we going to have a "you can't fully erase someone's consciousness and will" deal going on just to bring on the win?

Iva was someone of whom Kuma was afraid? interesting...

turns out, no. when Luffy jumped off the Baratie in a failed attempt to hit Mihawk for "killing" Zoro, his hat fell off and stayed in the restaurant. he didn't put it back on until after Mihawk had left. I guess Oda had wanted the whole "Mihawk knows Shanks" thing to be a surprise ^^

And this is yet another reason why Oda is the best out of the big shounen three.

The word epic comes to mind about the upcoming chapter, but then I think abotu it for a while, and I realize that the word epic doesn't even come close to describing the awesomeness that's about to ensue on this battlefeild.

FIRST OF ALL

Luffy vs. Mihawk.  (( 'member luffy vs zoro? Yea. Not even close to what posible going to happen if they DO fight.))

Then we have,

Ivan-chan vs. kuma (( I'm glad they explained why kuma was being so mute.))

And lastly ((Joze vs. croc&flamingo, and possible das bonez?))

Also I'd like to point out the obvious reacurring theme of Haki/spirit  being able to block DF powers. just sayin. P:
