I got it with the bag.  It is a nice drawstring bag, but I don't know how useful it will be.  Mine will probably sit in the box until the end of time; I just bought the LE for consistency.

Also, for those who wanted it, here is the proof of the cos(FLCL) = Gurren Lagann theorem:

Preliminary:  Let triangle FLC be a right triangle with right angle C (Gundam), small acute angle F (FLCL), and large acute angle L (Gurren Lagann).  The hypotenuse is action, the side opposite L is comedy, and the side opposite F is drama. 

Since cos(theta) = adjacent over hypotenuse, cos(FLCL)= comedy/action.  Since Gundam is not an comedy/action and Gurren Lagann is, it can be assumed without loss of generality that the cosine of FLCL is Gurren Lagann.  QED

Some would say you still paid too much.  I for one am glad Bandai didn't get in the habit of making those oblong boxes, though .hack//SIGN and s-CRY-ed weren't the best series to test them with.
