For almost 10 years, I have been pondering why OS, along with Tenchi, were TV-Y7-FV.

Williams Ave, I demand an explanation.

Also, where the bleep is the Tenchi thread? I also want a Pilot's Candidate thread to bash the show.

IIRC, they just borrowed the Toonami dubs to play late at night, so there was no reason to rate it anything other than Y7 FV.
