Hey, I read somewhere about the reference to animals that the old man makes, but I can't find it again...

What is the reference?  I know it's something of an order and they correlate to the victims... and that the old man knows everything in some odd way.  Plus, how Tsukiko's doll, Maromi, said in the other episode "It couldn't be him, no way" making a reference to someone from her past...

I think the Old Man is someone Tsukiko knew, tied to Maromi, making reference to Li'l Slugger, and OMG MY BRAIN IS EXPLODING!!!! ...3 episodes is too early to make jumps of logic.

So, shortening this all... what is the animal references that old man makes on the floor in the hospital to?

I didn't notice  until looking at the translations that everyone had an animal in their name.

Their names all have animal puns in them.  Th kanji for "Sagi" means heron.  "Kawazu" means frog.  The first kanji in Taira means "red snapper."  The word for butterfly is "chou."

I believe their current plan is not to subtitle 1 to 4. But I think it could be a big opportunity for them. And if they're hesitant about fixing 1 through 4, a petition would help grease the wheels.

Although, I'm not sure if my petition really did anything. I posted it, and the subtitles for 5 through 13 were announced the next day. Either AS was already going to fix 5 through 13 and my petition did nothing, or it was a huge success. I would like to believe the latter...

But unless I hear other news about subtitles, I'll be there petitioning.
