The woman stated she lost chunks of her mental capacity because of the tumors when she was 46. Too old to start from scratch, and I doubt she could now at 56.

 

Show some sympathy, man. If something like painting a sunrise makes her life fulfilling and gives her a reason to get up every day despite her debilitated state, let her have that.
